  • Every effort is always made to ship the items the safest way for the least amount.
  • Our preferred shippers are FedEX, UPS, USPS, DHL and Purolator.
  • Our staff considers your locale in determining the best shipping option.
  • If our estimated shipping is too low, you will be contacted by an ArtUSA representative for confirmation of the charges before your payment is processed.
  • If we’re able to ship your package for less than estimated, then we’ll automatically provide you with the lower rate.

Shipping Methods

  • Shipments sent within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii are normally sent via FedEX, UPS or USPS.
  • Shipments to Canada are normally sent via USPS/Canada Post or DHL/Purolator
  • Shipments to Europe are normally sent via USPS/Parcel Force, FedEX or DHL.
  • For other locales, the shipper is determined at the time of shipping.


Other Information

  • We are happy to hold shipments for up to 12 months for clients wishing to combine multiple items into one box.
  • In most cases, approximately five pieces will fit in each box for the one shipping fee.
